► Do not expose the product to any extreme temperatures (e.g. direct
sunlight, sauna, extreme cold).
► Do not leave the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters.
CAUTION
Skin damage
Skin damage or pressure points due to overloading
► Check your skin for intactness before and during use of the product.
► Pay attention to diligent skin care and pressure redistribution during
interruptions in using the product.
► If skin damage or other problems occur during use, stop using the
product. Consult the qualified personnel.
CAUTION
Damage to the product, unexpected noise or odours
Health problems for the user due to improper handling
► Stop using the product immediately in the event of defects or other haz­
ards that can result in personal injury, or if there are noises or smells
that greatly differ from the delivered condition of the product.
► Contact the qualified personnel.
► Report damage to the product that may cause health problems for the
user to Ottobock.
CAUTION
Overloading
Falling, tipping, injuries due to breakage of load-bearing components
(e.g. the frame)
► Note that the specified allowable body weight of the user (see page 17)
refers to the main product and expressly does not apply to the individu­
al load-bearing capacity of the accessory.
► Note that the accessory is not capable of bearing full body weight and
therefore must not be used for getting in or out.
► The accessory must not be used to lift the product.
CAUTION
Use of the product during diagnostic examinations and therapeutic
treatment
Impairment of the examination results or the effectiveness of treatment due
to interactions of the product with devices that are used
