Do not attempt to edit the
links created in the
calendar windows. If you
do so, the program cannot
re-create the links.
To disable Ink Calendar Support:
1. Select the Ink Calendar Support button
tray.
2. Select Exit from the menu. No links will be created until you
enable the utility again.
To re-enable Ink Calendar Support:
Select Start > Programs > IBM Ink Manager Pro > Utilities >
Ink Calendar Support. The Calendar Support button
reappears in your status tray.

Lotus Notes calendar

The calendar utility integrates ink with Lotus Notes® Calendar,
release 5 or higher, if you install it on your computer.
To enable calendar support for Lotus Notes calendar:
1. Select the IBM Ink Calendar Support icon
tray (lower right corner of the screen), and select Properties.
2. On the Lotus Notes tab, select the Enable checkbox to start
the utility for that calendar program. (Select it again to remove
the check and disable the utility for the calendar program.)
• Select Show day-link only to see a link on each day that you
write notes (regardless of the time of day).
• Select Show day and activity links to see a link for each day,
as well as see individual links within any scheduled activity
during which you write notes.
3. Adjust the time range, if you choose to show activity links, to
detect ink within the range for the scheduled meeting. The
default is 30 minutes.
4. Select OK.
If you delete an entry on the current calendar date, the program
re-creates it the next time you select Update now from the Ink
Calendar Support menu. (Entries deleted from a previous day will
not be recreated.)
