puller to remove the bearing assemblies.

5. Install the roller bearing at the flywheel end of the
crankshaft as follows:
a. Clean the crankshaft main journal, then coat the
journal with engine oil.
b. Lubricate the bearing with engine oil.
c. Note the three holes in the roller bearing. The blind
hole (A, Figure 71) that stops before going through
the bearing race receives the locating dowel pin in
the crankcase. The holes {B) that extend through the
