Creates a new customized setup file.
A window to create a new customized setup file appears.
Parameter files saved to <PG-FP4 install path>\PRM are shown in the parameter file list box. Select a
parameter file for the target device.
After selecting the parameter file, enter the name of the customized setup file that is newly created, and then
click the Save button.
