QuickTouch Preset
Users Tab
If you are a system installer or logged in as an Administrator, the Users tab is accessible. To
manage user accounts, click the menu button in the bottom left corner and select Settings >
Users.
Create and Edit Users
Click Create or select a user and click Edit to access the Create/Edit User dialog. Specify the
following for the user you are creating or editing:
Name: Enter the name of the user account

Description: Enter any useful information that helps define the user account
•
Pin Code: Enter the desired four-digit PIN code which is used to access this account
•
Group: Select the user group with which this account is associated
•
Locked: Select this check box if you want to restrict access to the user account but do not want
•
to delete it. When this is selected, the account remains stored in the system but cannot be
used to log in.
Remove Users
To remove a user account from the system, select the user account from the list of accounts and
then click Remove.
User Groups
The table at the beginning of this guide identifies the differences between user groups, which can
be useful when considering the needs of a specific user account.
