İŞLETMEYE ALMA
1- Montajını ve elektrik bağlantılarının uygunluğunu kontrol ediniz,
2- Pompa besleme gerilim ve frekansının uygun olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz,
3- Pompayı susuz çalıştırmayınız,
4-Tesisatı su ile doldurunuz,
5-Sistemi doldurma ve hava tahliyesi,
Sistemin havasının alınması gerekirse aşağıdaki prosedürlere göre yapılmalıdır,
6-Pompayı kapatın,
7-Tahliye izolasyon vanasını kapatın,
8-Dikkatlice hava boşaltma tapasını gevşetin ve çıkartın,
9-Sıvı sıcaklığına ve sistem basıncına bağlı olarak, açığa çıkan sıcak su ve buhara dikkat edin.
10-Dikkat! Haşlanma tehlikesi var!
COMMISSIONING
1-Check whether, It is appropriate that mentioned issues of assembly and electrical
connections.
2-Check whether, within the following tolerances to supply voltage and frequency of the
pump.
3-Do not certainly start the pump without water.
4-Fill the plant with water.
5-Filling the system and air evacuation
If the system needs the air out, the below procedures has to follow.
6-Stop the pump,
7-Close discharge isolation valve
8-Carefully loosen and remove the air vent plug.
9-Attention to released hot water and steam regarding to liquid temperature and system
10-pressure
11-Caution! There is danger of scalding!
POMPAYA YOL VERME
- Pompaya yol vermeden önce bütün bağlantılar kontrol edilmelidir.
- Pompaya enerji verildiğinde pompa değişken basınç ve auto konumunda çalışmak için
STOP pozisyonunda bekler.
- +Tuşuna basarak ilk hareket verilir.
- Eğer çalışma modu değişmek istenirse STOP tuşuna basarak pompa STOP konumuna
alınır ve - ve + aynı anda 2 sn. basarak mod değiştirilir.
