Fuel Injection System
The fuel injection system inspection
should be performed by an authorized
Sea-Doo Sport Boat dealer. Fuel sys-
tem pressurization should be conduct-
ed at the same time.
Steering Alignment
When the steering is aimed in straight
ahead position, the jet pump nozzles
should be in the same direction to al-
low the boat to run in a straight line.
Refer to an authorized Sea-Doo Sport
Boat dealer if an adjustment is neces-
sary.
WARNING
Ensure the steering operate freely
from side to side.
Shifter Lever
When the shifter lever is in forward
position, reverse gates should be in
an upward position and locked. With
the shifter lever in neutral position, re-
verse gates should be in intermediate
position. When shifter lever is in re-
verse position, reverse gates should
be in downward position. Refer to an
authorized Sea-Doo Sport Boat dealer
if an adjustment is necessary.
WARNING
Ensure the shifter lever operate
freely.
Deck Drain
Remove any obstructions from deck
drain outlet.
Fuses
Fuse Inspection/Removal
Check fuse condition and replace it if
necessary.
To remove fuse from holder, pull fuse
out. Check if filament is melted.

If a fuse is defective, replace by one of
the same rating.
CAUTION: Do not use a higher rat-
ed fuse as this can cause severe
damage to electric components
and/or fire.
WARNING
If a fuse has burnt out, source of
malfunction should be determined
and corrected before restarting.

Fuse Cover Removal
Squeeze locking tabs together, hold
and pull cover out to access fuses.
