Recommended Fuel
Use unleaded gasoline or oxygenat-
ed fuel containing a maximum total of
10% of ethanol or methanol or both.
The gasoline used must have the fol-
lowing recommended octane number.
CAUTION: Never experiment with
other fuels or fuel ratios. The use
of unrecommended fuel can result
in boat performance deterioration
and damage to critical parts in the
fuel system and engine compo-
nents.

Use SAE 10W 40 4-stroke motor oil
meeting the requirements for API ser-
vice classification SM, SL or SJ. Al-
ways check the API service label on
the oil container, it must contain at
least one of the above standards.
XP-S 10W 40 4-stroke oil (P/N 219
700 346) sold by authorized Sea-Doo
Sport Boats dealers meets those re-
quirements.
Synthetic Oil
A synthetic oil meeting the same re-
quirements may be used.
The XP-S 5W 40 Synthetic 4-stroke oil
(P/N 293 600 039) is suitable.
