Leading Edge Registration Adjustment

1.
Lay a ruler on the exposure glass as shown in
the figure.
2.
Make a few copies and check that the leading
edge registration is within specifications.
Leading Edge Registration Specifications.
0 ± 2.0 mm (0 ± 0.08")
[ Blank Leading Edge 3.5 ± 3.0 mm (0.14 ±
0.12") ]
3. If it is out of the specifications adjust it using
DIP SW 1, 2, and 3 on the main board.
NOTE: * When adjusting the leading edge .
registration,
home position and remove the exposure
cover (1 screw).
