- 1 Service Instruction, Replacement Prism Protection Plate CSD180
- 2 Step 1. Open the Swing Door on the Top.
- 3 Step 2. Loosen the 7 Screws on the Bottom Side of the Headlight
- 4 Step 4. Remove the 3 Plates (3) by Sliding Them Downwards.
- 5 Step 5. Loosen 4 Screws (4) Holding Prism Plate Clamp.
- 6 Step 6. Take out the “Old” Prism Protection Plate (5)
- 7 Step 7. Put in the “New” Prism Protection Plate
- 8 Step 9. Reverse the Procedure to Install.

Service Instruction, replacement prism protection plate CSD180
Due to unexpected material change from supplier, it is necessary to replace
the prism light protection plate.
Please follow steps below for replacement.
Infected serial numbers: 100106369 till 100108273
Step 1.
Open the swing door on the top.
Step 2.
Loosen the 7 screws on the bottom side of the headlight:
(1) and (2).
Step 3.
Press the headlight from the front side backwards till
the end position.
Instruction
Necessary tool:
Hex key M5 (Inbus M5)
Necessary key is supplied with
the unit together with the
adjusting knob.
