Take one blood pressure reading and record your readings. It is recommended to wait at
least 1 minute between blood pressure readings. You might be asked to measure it twice.
Record Your Blood Pressure Readings
Record your first reading by adding the systolic value and then the diastolic value in the
proper place.

Enter the systolic value of the
second reading as shown in
