Starting a session
The monitoring session process can start after following the preparation guidelines and
applying the INVU Sensor Band™. Press "START MONITORING SESSION" to start the session
setup process.

Get into a comfortable position in a quiet spot. Try to find a distraction-free
spot where you can keep still during the session.
