Installation Instruction
Indoor pipe and electromagnetic valve installation notice
1.Refer to the corresponding installation chart, connect indoor pipeline.
2.Flush pipe before installing electromagnetic valve, clean the impurities.
3.There are back valves in the electromagnetic valve, the direction of the arrow
labeled on the electromagnetic valve is the direction of inlet, wrong connection
is not allowed.
4.The electromagnetic valve should be installed horizontally, the junction box is
upward . The filter in the electromagnetic valve's inlet can clear the impurities in
pipe.
5.Prohibit using tools such as wrenches to operate in the coil and plastic parts,
both pipe ends of electromagnetic valve should be in thesame straight line,
prohibit installing when the two ends are dislocation from top to bottom.
6.The electromagnetic valve can only be installed where has unobstructed
sewer and above 0
running without water.
Controller installation
Drill two holes with spacing of 44 mm, diameter of 6 mm, depth of 30 mm, in the
wall being away from the bath or shower nozzle(advised height is between
1.4m 1.6m), fix the controller to the wall using the expander tube and ST4 25
self-tapping screw factory supplied.
Wiring
1.Remove back cap,
you will see
2.Join cables and wire to the corresponding terminals tightly.
The yellow-green wire , brown wire , blue wire of electric heater are joined to the
terminals
, L, N marked electric heating ; the brown wire, blue wire of tracing
belt, pump are joined to the terminals marked pressure/antifreeze ,
yellow-green wire is joined to the terminal
3.The wires of electromagnetic valve are joined to the two terminals marked
temperature to prevent the valve from freezing and
the wire terminals.
