Installation Instruction
follows the diagrammatic chart of electric heater. Connect electric heater's
brown wire to the terminal of firing line, connect the blue
wire to the nil line terminal. Connect yellow-green wire to
the ground wire bolt using a special pincer of
holding-down line. Fix the jacket on electric heating
pipe after wiring, fix electric heating wire on the jacket
using factory supply the damps and ST 2.9 6.5screws
Then overlap the protective lap. Then, check whether the
O-ring seal is put into the slot flatly, the electric heater will be inserted into flange
plate, use hexagonal spanner to fasten six screws in the
diagonal sequence to ensure seal reliably.
3.Water temperature sensor should be installed in the sensor hole, which is
at the bottom of water tank, and then screw it tightly to ensure seal reliably.
4.Connect water temperature and level sensor to the signal line correspondingly.
A: One meter signal line with four cores is led to behind the water temperature
and level sensor, their color are red, blue, green, yellow, remove the white jacket
of the sensor's signal wire and the wire led to indoor, cut the jacket and wire to
make them regular. Fill two signal wires with same color in the terminal's
hole and press tight with pincers.
B: Use waterproof and insulated tape to seal the connection firmly.
