Installation precautions
Before installation, select the correct installation method according to the
actual water inlet and outlet of the water heater. The water heater is wall
mounted. The wall for hanging water heater should be firm and secure, which
can bear a weight of heater with two times full-filling water in it.
A certain space should be left unused when installation for later maintenance
purposes. Take care of the safe distance between the water heater and the
gas piping during installation. At least half a meter interval shall be kept
between the water heater and the gas device/gas pipeline/gas meter and
other sources gas.
The tap water inlet pressure shall be no less than 0.05 MPa and no more
than 0. 7MPa.
Water heater shall be installed indoors with the ambient temperature above
o
0
C,and the pipe line should be in an integral layout. The hot water outlet
should not be too far from the using site. Perform heat preservation operation
on the hot water pipelines to reduce the loss of heat if it is beyond 8m.
Never connect the water inlet and outlet pipes reversely. Install the safety
valve to the position as specified, and any random change is not allowed.
Keep the pressure relief hole of the safety valve connect with the atmosphere
and never block them.
To ensure safety, independent socket shall be used on the water heater (No
multi-function socket is allowed) and reliable grounding shall be done, and
the socket quality should be in compliance with national standards. Check
the live wire and null wire for correct connection with an electroprobe. Only
when the container is confirmed to be fully filled with water and there is no
water leakage for each connector as well as the power source is up to
standard, can the water heater be powered on for heating.
The power switch should be installed on a cabinet where it is not easily
affected by water.
Note: The pipelines must be installed by qualified tap water pipe installation
personnel. The pipelines must comply with applicable national standard that
specifies preventing of non-drinking water in the appliances from being
siphoned back to the water source as well as local construction regulations.
Safety warning: To avoid accidents, only attachments provided by our
company shall be used, any random change or substitute is not allowed. If
the piping is damaged, then inform our service department for repair and
replace it with our provided attachment. Failure to obey the items above and
cause accidents will beyond our responsibility, and we shall bear no liability
to the direct or indirect loss caused by them.
