Inevitably, the driver in front of you will swear only having seen you when, after turning,
being in your lane. Drive carefully!
Wear appropriate protective clothes, preferably light-coloured and/or in reflective ma-
terial. This way you are more visible to other drivers, considerably reducing the risk of
being hit and enjoying greater protection in the event of an accident.
Always wear a helmet.
Clothing should be particularly tight and closed at the wrists and ankles. Cords, belts
and ties shall not hang out; prevent these and other objects from interfering with driving
as they can get entangled with moving parts or driving mechanisms.
03_42
Do not keep sharp objects in your pocket which could be dangerous in case of a fall,
e.g. keys, lead pencil, etc. Make sure that the passenger also respects these recom-
mendations.

ACCESSORIES
The vehicle owner is responsible for the selection, installation and use of all acces-
sories.
Installing inappropriate accessories or overloading the vehicle could make the vehicle
unstable and lead to accidents resulting in serious injury or even death. Windscreens
are particularly dangerous in the event of an accident as if they break they could injure
or cut the rider. In case of doubt about any accessory to be installed or any load to be
transported, we recommend you to consult your local Moto Guzzi dealer in advance.
