Step 4: Install the front wheel
A. Remove the plastic insert by stepping a foot on it then lifting the fork.
B. Remove the plastic insert card from the front brake caliper. (Pace 500 V2)
C. Carefully install the front wheel in between the fork.
WARNING: an improperly secured front wheel and/or handlebar stem can cause loss of control, accidents,
serious injury, or death. Check the front wheel and handlebar stem are properly secured to the
bike during assembly and before each ride.
Caution: Never touch the brake rotor, especially when the wheel and/or bike is in motion, or serious
injury could occur. Hand oil can cause squeaking and decrease brake performance.
D.Use a 15mm open wrench to tight the wheel axle bolt to recommended torque value at 25-30 Nm.
