  • Page 13 Now your new bicycle is fully setup. FOLD YOUR BIKE SINCH ebike can be folded to become more compact size for storage or transportation. Follow the steps below to fold your ebike. 1.Hold the crank arm vertical and fold the pedal by pushing the pedal towards the bike and fold it up or down.
  • Page 14 2. Open the seat post clamp, lower the seat, and close the seat post clamp. 3. Release the stem latch by pulling it away from the stem( see pictures below) and fold the stem down. Note: To release the latch, pull the metal safety lock upwards while at the same time pulling the latch outwards.

    Basic Bike Care Recommended Service Intervals Regular inspection and maintenance are key to ensure Aventon Bikes function as intended, and to reduce wear and tear on their systems. Recommended service intervals are meant to be used as guidelines. Real world wear and tear, and the need for service, will vary with conditions of use. We generally recommend inspections, service, and necessary replacements be performed at the time or mileage interval that comes first in the following table.

Ensure brake pads are correctly positioned in relation to the rims. Ensure brake cables are lubricated, correctly adjusted, and display no obvious wear. Ensure brake levers are lubricated and tightly secured to the handlebar.
