2 Check bolts for proper torque.

3 Wire Rope Inspect all for damage.
Overload from 25% to 49%

4 Hoist/Drums Inspect each for damage.
5 Hoist Brakes Brakes must hold rated line pull.

6 Boom Pivot Inspect for deformation, cracked welds.

7 Inspect pin and welds.

8 Turntable Inspect for deformation, cracked welds.
9 Welds Inspect for cracks.
Inspect for cracked paint which could indicate twisted,

stretched, or compressed members.
