Installing the software HardBoot view

The HardBoot system can be comfortably operated with the software HardBoot view.
The software establishes a connection to one or several HardBoot systems through
the local network and enables you to switch the individual power outlets.
System requirements:
PC with the operating system Windows 2000, XP or Vista.
Pentium processor (or comparable) with 200 MHz or more.
existing network connection with the local network in which the HardBoot sys-
tem is installed.
access authorisation to the IP address of the HardBoot plus in the local network.
1. Insert the CD that is included in the scope of delivery of the HardBoot plus into
the computer's CD/DVD drive .
2. Open the folder program and execute the file HbView-V2-80-B116.exe with a double
click.
3. Enter the desired program directory to the input box Target directory (Zielverzeichnis)
or click the Search... (Durchsuchen) button to select the directory in the directory list.
4. To be able to access the software as fast as possible, it is recommended to create a
desktop link with the file HbView.exe.
