HP V Personal Workstation models are supplied with an HP V
ISUALIZE
GL 3D graphics hardware accelerator. This graphics board requires two slots (1 AGP and 1
PCI) for installation.
There is a total of 18 MB of installed SGRAM memory on the graphics controller board. An
additional 16 MB or 32 MB of SDRAM texture memory can be added by installing a
texture module. This texture module is only available as an accessory for the HP
V fx video board.

A similar texture module, supplying 16 MB of memory, exists for the HP
V
ISUALIZE
Personal Workstation models. These two texture modules cannot be
interchanged.
The HP V fx is a full length PCI accessory board which includes two connectors,
ISUALIZE
one for the AGP slot and one for the PCI slot. It is secured in place by two accessory board
slot screws and one for the support bracket. To improve the shock and vibration behavior
of this board, there is a long strengthening bracket along the top of the HP V
