How to replace the power adapter and cable
Once you have received your replacement power adapter and cable, complete the steps below
to replace and return the damaged components.
a Power adapter

Power down
Disconnect the power cable
from the wall outlet. This will
turn off your iX-1.

Disconnect the power adapter cable
Unplug the power adapter
connector from the back of
your iX-1.

Unpack power adapter and cable
Remove the replacement
power adapter and cable
from the box and place the
original unit into the box to
return.

Connect power adapter to cable
Plug the power cable into the
power adapter as shown.

Connect the power cable
Plug the power adapter
connector into the back of
your iX-1.

Power up
Plug the other end of the
power cable into the wall
outlet.
The system will power up
automatically.

Return the original unit
Prepare the box for shipping
and affix the prepaid return
label.
Please return the original
unit within ten business days
to avoid being charged the
full replacement value of the
equipment.
