To enable the Remote-Wake mode:

Use the left arrow or right arrow key to select the Power menu (refer to "Power Menu
Items").

Press the down arrow key to highlight the line Suspend Wakeup and press [ENTER] to
select the submenu.

Highlight the line Integrated Network and press [F7] or [F8] to change the setting to
[Enabled].
To enable the Remote-Power mode:

Use the left arrow or right arrow key to select the Power menu (refer to "Power Menu
Items" in this chapter).

Press the down arrow key to highlight the line Power-On and press [ENTER] to select the
submenu.

Highlight the line Network and press [F7] or [F8] to to change the setting to [Enabled].

To protect the remotely started PC from unauthorized use it is advisable to enable starting
with the keyboard locked.

It is also advisable to disable both Start from Flexible disk and Start from CD-ROM to
prevent the PC booting from any disk which may have been accidentally left in the drives.

Press [ESC], then use the left arrow or right arrow key to select the Security menu.

Press the down arrow key to hightlight the line Start-Up Center and press [ENTER] to
select the submenu.

Press the down arrow key to go to the Start from Flexible Disk line. Press [F7] or
[F8] to change the option to [Disabled].
d. Press the down arrow key to go to the Start from CD-ROM line. Press [F7] or [F8]
to change the option to [Disabled].

CONFIGURING THE PCI INTEGRATED ETHERNET INTERFACE

Configuration of the I/O Address, Hardware Interrupt, and DMA channel are made
automatically for the PH Enhanced PCI Ethernet interface.
Use SETUP to enable or disable the Enhanced PCI Ethernet interface.
To disable/enable the Enhanced PCI Ethernet interface:

Use the left arrow or right arrow key to select the Configuration menu (refer to
"Configuration Menu Items" in this chapter).

Press the down arrow key to highlight the line Integrated Network Interface and press
[ENTER] to select the submenu.

Press [F7] or [F8] to disable or enable the integrated Ethernet interface.
Enable or disable the interface as required.
