RESETTING T H E READOUT CALENDAR AND
C L O C K DISPLAY
The readout calendar and clock display can be changed and
reset with the D A T E change switch located on the right
end of the rear side on the bottom. (This can be performed
without removing the case.)
NOTE: When performing the following operations, be sure
to use an insulated stick.
CD ON/OFF
This s w i t c h e s the calendar and clock display on and
off. When switched on, the display will appear on the
C R T , and will go out when switched off.
(2) S E L E C T
This is used to select the section of the calendar and
clock display to be corrected. When this button is
pressed,
correction
" m o n t h "
indication will blink. Pressing the button
again will move the blinking position to the 1 0 ' s col-
umn, for the " d a t e " indication. In this w a y , each time
the button is pressed, the blinking position is shifted to
the right one column sequentially. Once the blinking
position reaches the " m i n u t e s " indication and the but-
ton is pressed again, all indications will be lit steadily to
show that correction mode has finished.
NOTE: During correction mode (when there is a blink-
ing
section
within
display), w h e n the control knobs on the front
panel are operated, a correct readout display
will not be obtained. Be sure to complete cor-
rection
mode
knobs.
(3) This is used to correct the calendar and clock display.
When this button is pressed, the blinking figure subject
to correction is changed. Press the button to set the
calendar or clock display as desired. The " m i n u t e s " in-
dicator will be set to "0" when the correction mode is
released.
