FRONT GREASE PANEL AND HEAT SHIELD

Instructions:
1. Slide out lower heat pan towards you.
2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
3. Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in the 3-compartment
sink.
4. Slide out upper grease pan towards you.
5. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
6. Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in the 3-compartment
sink.
Clean:
Once daily.
REASSEMBLY: Slide warming pan shield back in and
ensure it is in position. Slide front grease pan back in
and ensure it is in position.
