5. If the main control screen is reached before the broiler is ready to cook (by tapping on the "home"
button in the upper right corner), the top left corner indicates broiler HEATING UP. Once set
point temperature is reached, the status of the machine will change to READY. (Diagram 3)
6. To view set point temperature and actual temperature, from the main control screen tap the
flame icon in the upper left corner.
7. Each lane of the broiler is independently controlled. The left side of the screen controls Lane 1
and the right side controls Lane 2. Each lane can cook either the same or different food product.
8. Tap and select the desired food product for LANE 1 (left) and LANE 2 (right). (Diagram 3)
9. If adjustment is required in the cook time, press the time indicator and adjust as necessary. Left
side for Lane 1 and right side for Lane 2. (Diagram 3)
