Carburetor is flooded with fuel.
Faulty ignition module.
Dirt, water or stale fuel in tank.
Vent hole in fuel tank is clogged.

Possible Solution

Adjust OPC cable.

Fill fuel tank.

Drain carburetor float bowl.

Clean or replace air filter.

Tighten spark plug.

Correctly fit the spark plug cap.

Wait several minutes before starting.

Set plug gap to 0.7 - 0.8mm or
replace spark plug.

Remove the air filter and pull starter
rope until carburetor clears.

Contact the service dealer.

Drain fuel and clean tank. Fill with
clean, fresh fuel.

Clean or replace fuel tank cap.

Clean or replace air filter element.

Fit new, correctly gapped spark plug.

Set plug gap to 0.7 - 0.8mm.
