Quick Start

Use this mode if you just want a quick workout session and are not interested in setting up any
personal data :
1. Make sure the cross trainer is plugged in
2. Press the 'start / stop' button
3. Begin pedalling
4. Use the 'up / down' buttons to adjust the resistance
5. The values of time, distance and calories will start counting upwards

Console Display and Feedback

Time
Time exercised this session; default
counts up from zero, but counts down if
a target has been set
Speed
Current speed you are pedalling at, in
km/h
Distance
Distance travelled this session; default
counts up from zero, but counts down if
a target has been set
Calories
Approximate calories burned this
session (for comparison only, not to
be used for medical purposes); default
counts up from zero, but counts down if
a target has been set

Button Functions

Pulse
Current heart rate in beats per minute
(bpm)
RPM
Current revolutions per minute
Fat%
Displays your body fat % (for
comparison only, not to be used for
medical purposes)
Watt
Current level of effort being used,
expressed in watts
BMI
Displays BMI calculation
Pre – workout
starts the workout
start / stop
In 'program setting' mode it will
reset
reset the current value – press
twice to return to the main menu
adjust values in 'program
up / down
setting' mode
fitness test
confirms selections during
mode

enter body fat analysis and
body fat
BMI mode
During workout
stops the workout
