Ab board adjustment
Folding for storage

Step 2.
• Lower bench to the ground
• Refit pull pin (N-5) to top of front leg
• Refit support tube (E-1) into incline 1 hole
of main upright ensuring it also passes
through locking hole in front leg

Step 1.
• Remove handwheel (B-2) and bolt (N-8)
• Hold rear upholstery and extract support tube (E-1) by
slightly rotating clockwise first
• Lower rear upholstery to base

Step 1.
• Start with bench in ab board position
• Remove pull pin (N-5)
• Fold front leg backward until reaches main tube

Ensure support tube (E-1)
passes through front leg
and main uprights

Step 2.
• Rotate main uprights to floor
Step 3.
• Refit handwheel (B-2) and bolt (N-8)
Note: You will need to lift the rear
upholysery to fit bolt
