CONTROL LEVERS, PEDALS
HYDRAULIC ADJUST BOOM PEDAL
Pedal (23) is used to operate the second boom.
(1) Raise: Pedal pushed forward
(2) Lower: Pedal pushed back
Neutral position: Boom is stopped and held in the same position.
Do not rest foot on the pedal unless in use.
HCU PEDAL (OPTION)
Pedal (20) is used to operate the attachment.
REMARK
Confirm with attachment manufacturer at time of installation,
correct pedal and attachment operation before use.
MECHANICAL SWING LOCK
Mechanical swing lock (33) located beneath front right of the
operators seat, must engage prior to transportation and travelling
on public roads. It is the legal requirement in some countries to
use a mechanical swing lock when driving on public roads.
The mechanical swing lock should be operated as follows:
Line the machine up in the correct driving position with the pin in
the raised, free position. Once the machine is correctly aligned
lower the pin into the locked position.
To disengage the mechanical swing lock raise the pin from the
'lock' position to the 'free' position.
REMARK
Do not lower the pin to 'lock' position whilst aligning the
machine. The pin does not self locate and therefore this action
may result in damage to the machine.
The swing lock pin must be disengaged prior to swinging or dam-
age to the machine may occur.
