Cause
The interlock selection input line is
broken or short-circuited.
The reset input line and interlock
selection input line are not
properly wired.
Connection positions are reversed
for emitter(s) and receiver(s).
Connection direction is upside
down for emitter(s).
Emitter(s) and receiver(s) are
reversely connected when
connected to connector type
controller.
(Connectors of F3SP-B1P's
emitter/receiver are reversely
attached, etc.)
A contact failure due to the loose
connector, the intrusion of liquid
(oil etc.) into the connector, or the
attachment of a foreign material
has occurred.
The reset input line is not properly
wired when muting enabling
keycap is attached.
Safety output lines are short-
circuited to each other at power
on.
Safety output line and 24V, 0V, or
other input/output line are short-
circuited at power on.
Temporary power supply voltage
reduction in motion.
Solution
Check wiring of interlock selection
input line.
Check that wiring has been made
for auto reset or manual reset.
p.27, p.28
Correct connection positions and
directions of all F3SJs.
p.124
Check connectors' positions.
After cleaning the inside of the
connector (if any foreign material
is attached), tighten the connector
more closely.
Wire the reset input line properly.
p.40
Wire the output lines properly.
Check the control output is in
contact with other lines at the
device or the connection.
Check for temporary power
supply voltage reduction (by about
12VDC) by the influence of the
induction load etc. If the exclusive
power supply is not used, check
the power consumption of other
connected devices for enough
capacity.
