STG 5 / 7 / 8 - I Description of the unit 2.1. Operation The unit makes use of a combination of direct infrared rays and convection heat. The radiated heat seals the meat and provides a crispy brown crust. The convection heat cooks the meat. The fans evenly distribute the heat while cooling the outer walls at the same time.

Guidelines for seasoning are: • Preferably use the special chicken and meat seasonings of the supplier of the Fri-Jado Grill. There are special seasoning mixtures for poultry, lamb, pork, large meat, game and fish. • Season the products to be grilled when dry.

These programs are dependent on the requirements and the composition of the product and may vary per supplier.
