Regulating valve for compressor of air conditioning system -

Note
Does not apply for vehicles assembled in India which are fitted
with AC compressors with air conditioning system magnetic cou‐
pling - N25-
Depending on the required cooling output the regulating valve
-arrow - (component of the AC compressor) receives a PWM sig‐
nal from the air conditioning system control unit and regulates the
displacement of the AC compressor via the suction pressure (po‐
sition of the articulated disc).
This guarantees that the output of the AC compressor does not
exceed the requirements.
Ambient temperature sensor - G17-
The sensor -1- forwards the data on the external temperature to
the air conditioning system control unit.
It is located underneath the lower cover/the grid on the front left
bumper.
