BLADES
The blades must be checked after every 50 hours of operation or every time the rotors are
removed from the machine. Check the blades carefully to ensure that they are in good condi-
tion, bent (A), worn (B) or (C) cracked blades must be replaced.

BELT ADJUSTMENT
1. Remove the protective covers.
2. Undo the fastening bolts (see illustration), now adjust the adjustment bolt until the belts are
adequately tightened.
CHECK AND TIGHTEN THE BELTS AT REGULAR INTERVALS.
A NEW MACHINE SHOULD BE CHECKED AND THE BELTS TIGHTENED AFTER 2 HOURS
OF OPERATION.
