Condition
The machine has run two or more documents through the reading mechanism
without the proper spacing. The display will read CHAIN DETECTED. Remove the
CHAINS
documents from the stacker and place them back into the hopper. Press RESET
(KEY 1). (The machine will continue processing from the previous note count with
no impact on Strap, Denomination and Batch Counts.)
The machine has run two documents through the reading mechanism
simultaneously (stacked on top of one another). The display will read DOUBLE
DETECTED. Remove all the documents from the stacker and place them back
DOUBLES
into the hopper. Press RESET (KEY 1). (The machine will continue processing
from the previous note count with no impact on Strap, Sub-Batch, Individual
Denomination and counts.)
JetCount has detected a note smaller than the size JetCount was designed to
process. When the condition occurs, the machine will stop and the screen will
read HALF NOTE DETECTED. Remove the documents from the stacker and place
HALF NOTE
them back into the hopper. Press RESET (KEY 1). (The machine will continue
processing from the previous note count with no impact on Strap, Denomination
and Batch Counts.)
