If your appliance malfunctions, a message containing an error code is
displayed on the user interface screen. This error code is important for the
correct and rapid diagnosis of the type of malfunction and for any technical
assistance that may be needed.
The user interface can display three types of error code:

Only qualified professionals are authorised to carry out
maintenance and repair work.
If an error occurs:
1. Make a note of the code displayed on the screen.
2. Remedy the problem described by the error code.
3. Switch the heat pump off and back on to check that the cause of the
error has been removed.
4. If the code is displayed again, contact the technical support.
To decommission the heat pump temporarily or permanently:
1. Contact the installer.
Warning
Removal and disposal of the heat pump must be carried out by a
qualified professional in accordance with prevailing local and
national regulations.
Energy-saving advice:
Do not block ventilation outlets.
Do not cover the radiators. Do not fit curtains in front of the radiators.
Install reflective panels behind the radiators to prevent heat losses.
Insulate the pipes in rooms that are not heated (cellars and lofts).
Close the radiators in rooms not in use.
Do not run hot (or cold) water pointlessly.
Install an energy-saving shower head, which can save up to 40 %
energy.
Take showers rather than baths. A bath consumes twice as much water
and energy.
