Replacement of gate seals and valve cleaning
7.2.1.1
Required tools
•
Allen Wrench 4 mm (Allen torque wrench 4 mm)
•
2 × Open end wrench 13 mm
•
Open end torque wrench 13 mm
•
2 × Open end wrench 10 mm
•
Open end torque wrench 10 mm
1.
Vent both valve chambers
2.
Open the valve
3.
Turn off power to valve controller
4.
Disable power-fail option (wait 60
seconds)
5.
Disconnect power cable at controller
6.
Unfasten and remove the bonnet
screws
7.
Remove valve bonnet and bonnet seal
8.
Deposit both parts on a clean place
