meets the requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC (concerning machines);
meets the requirements of Directive 2004/108/EC (concerning electromagnetic compatibility);
and declares that the following specifications and (parts of) European (harmonized) standards have been applied:
EN 15194:2017, Electric Power Assisted Bicycles – electric parts of the bicycle
and declares that the included battery charger meets the requirements of Directive 2006/95/EC (concerning low voltage);
and declares to be the responsible legal entity for the composition of the construction file.
