Using a connected headset
1. Press the Headset key
2. With the headset mode activated, press the Answer soft key
OR
3. With the headset mode activated, press the line key with the fast flashing green LED
indicator.
4. Press OK or the Send Key
Answering When in Another Call
1. Press the Answer soft key. The incoming call is answered and the original call is
placed on hold
Transferring calls (internal or external)
You can transfer a call to another party in two ways
1. Blind Transfer - Transfer the call without speaking to the other party
2. Attended transfer - Transfer the call after speaking to the other party

Blind transfer

1. When in a call, press the Trans soft key
2. Enter the number or extension you wish to call
3. Press the Trans soft key to complete the transfer

Attended transfer

1. When in a call, press the Trans soft key
2. Enter the number or extension you wish to call
3. Explain the call transfer
4. Press the Trans soft key to complete the transfer
To cancel the Transfer and return to the original call press the Cancel soft key

Placing a call on hold

1. During the call press the Hold key or the on screen Hold soft key
2. The line key LED will flash green and the display will indicate the call is on hold
3. To resume the call press the Resume key or the on screen Resume soft key
