I.Introduction

Congratulations! You have purchased a smokehouse designed, engineered and built by a company with 10
years of experience in creating homemade sausage products. The materials used will give you years of
trouble-free service, provided that you carefully follow the operating and maintenance instructions in this
manual. Remember that this smokehouse must always be supervised when in use. Like any cooking

II.Smoking Meat
