Request Token. Returned value will either be
the number entered or another controller's token
value if the token was not zero when the request
was received. The valid arguments are 0 to 99.

by another controller. Sets tuner token to 0.
Set up the Service Request Enable Register.
Bit definitions are same as Status Byte Register
