PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANELS OVERVIEW OF MODELS 2008 models 2009 models and BC BB -E- BB -P- BB -E- BB -P- & BC -P- The first generation control panels is used untill the end of 2008. Both -E- and -P- models can be recognized at the key.

PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS SOFTWARE DESCRIPTION BC -P- AND BB -P- 2009 Note: All modes have access from “ON” position Program mode: After entering the programming mode, first choose the desired program and confirm with the “P” key. Adjust “time”, “temperature”, “steampulses” and “steammode” . This is possible for three steps.

PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS EXPLANATION STEAM SYSTEM IN -P- MODELS Mode 0 Steam mode 0 The programmed number of pulses come at the beginning of the baking step with an in- terval of 3 seconds. (t2) Mode 1 The programmed number of pulses come per Steam mode 1 minute.
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS REMOVAL OF SIDE AND REAR PANEL Removal of R side panel. Remove the 2 screws at the bottom side. Slide down and pull out the panel. Removal of top panel. Remove the 2 screws at the rear and 2 screws at the front.
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS REPLACING THE HINGE OF A “DROP DOWN” DOOR 1) Remove the R side panel. 2) Disconnect the wires from the cera- mic terminal block. 3) Pull out the flexible steel tube from the grommet. 4) Remove the lower screw at each hinge, if present.

REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS 14) Unscrew the outside glass and care- fully put it aside. Pay attention to the ptfe bush-washers! 15) Bend out the hinge 16) And push the lever in the “lock” position. 17) Unscrew the hinge (2 screws) 18) And take the hinge out with cau- tion, otherwise the lever can spring loose and wound your fingers.
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS EXCHANGING THE BLOWER AND SHAFTSEAL 1) Remove the left and right tray sup- ports. 2) Unscrew the fan plate (4 screws) and remove it. 3) Unscrew the swivel and remove the steam injection pipe. 4) Remove the nut (M5) from the Blo- wer shaft.

REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS Mounting of the blower motor: Basicly this is the reversed way of disas- sembling. Some points of attention: The shaftseal will be clamped by the blower bracket. Therefore you have to make an assembly like the picture shows, to be able to mount it.
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS EXCHANGING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS CPU+ keyboard: The “2008” model is not deliverable anymore. Therefore, the “2009” model comes in an assembly with the control panel. In this way it is interchangeable. Remove the 4 (black) M5 nuts. Take out the assembly and put it on a clean table.

TROUBLE SHOOTING ERROR MESSAGES ==> The sensor reads a value below 4°C for more than 30 seconds. Possible causes: The (back of the) oven is placed in a cold environment. The sensor is shorted. The wiring from the sensor is shorted. The Power and I/O board is broken.
