General save configuration procedure

Each time the settings have been changed and confirmed, an automatic
backup of the old configuration is made on the internal media. You will also
be asked to create a back-up on an external USB flash drive.
1. On the Save configuration menu, press the Confirm key to select 'General'.
The following screen appears:
The printer settings are saved automatically to the internal media. When
100% is reached, the following 'Save configuration' screen is displayed and
the printer will ask you to insert a USB flash drive:
2. Insert a USB flash drive.
The printer saves the configuration on the external USB flash drive:
C <path><filename>
A <path><filename>
When the writing of the save set is finished, the printer will ask you to
remove the USB flash drive:
3. Remove the USB flash drive.
As soon as the USB flash drive has been removed, the following screen is
displayed:
4. Label the USB flash drive with the BAC_<save_set_name> and press the
Confirm key. The program will return to the Save configuration screen.

Note: It is also possible (and recommended) to regularly make a
back-up of the printer settings to ensure safe restoring of the
values when required.
Note: The <save set name > is preceded by the characters
"BAC". BAC stands for General backup.
