Remedy
Perform a priming procedure.
Optical
Perform a cleaning procedure.
Check the date of expiry of the QC material.
Shake the bottle of the QC material vigorously (e.g. by
vortexing) and repeat the measurement.
Check and adjust gain values for all parameters.
Check within the software if you have loaded the correct
in
the
configuration file for your measurement.

composed of "NN00YYMMDD". They are compatible with
script / template version identical to the first 4 digits of the
LOT number "NN00".
