5. When opening the playback data, the small image of the waveform is not displayed, but the default
icon.
Display the recorded data as a small waveform image, the thumbnail waveform display function is only
applied to files recorded with the software, so thumbnails will not be displayed for data recorded on the
main unit or data copied from the main unit.
Also, even if you record on a PC, if the file name is changed or moved to a different location and
the .png file (file for thumbnails) is lost, the thumbnails will not be displayed.
6. Even if change the setting of printer, the output will be sent to the printer before the change.
The printer will be the "Default printer" that is set when the software is launched.
If you change the ""Default printer", please restart the software.
And also restart the software if you have changed the settings of "Default printer".
7. When the temperature is measured with a thermocouple, the temperature is displayed much lower.
Check that [Room Temperature Compensation] in the [Misc. Settings] menu is set to [Internal].
When set to "External", room temperature is not corrected and room temperature is subtracted from room
temperature.
8. When the time axis of the data played by GL100_GL240_GL840-APS is reduced in waveform, signals that
change quickly are not visible.
In this software, data is thinned out to speed up the display.
Depending on the magnification/reduction rate of the waveform, signals that change rapidly may
disappear from the display.
In this case, enlarge the waveform until displayed the data.
Also, since the range to be thinned out changes as the waveform is scrolled, signals that change rapidly
may disappear from the display.
Enlarge the waveform in these cases as well.
