1) Remove the cap nuts and the three rubber gaskets on the upper part of the valve.
2) Remove the cap.
3) Remove the washers and rubber gaskets from the upper part of the three regulation units. Then unscrew
the three nuts holding them in place.
4) For each regulation unit, use two adjustable wrenches to slacken and completely unscrew the two nuts that
block the overpressure spring.
5) Remove the flat washers and the Belleville washers from the upper part of each regulation unit.
6) Remove the three bellows.
7) Replace the grey standard springs installed by the manufacturer with the coloured springs present in the kit,
checking the external tag to make sure the colour of the spring corresponds to the selected setting.
8) Reposition the bellows, Belleville washers and flat washers on top of the springs, in that order.
9) Adjust each overpressure spring by screwing a nut UP TO THE END OF THE THREADING on each regula-
tion unit. Then screw a lock nut on each regulation unit, tightening it by means of two adjustable wrenches.
10) Complete each regulation unit by repositioning in this order, the remaining nut, flat washer and rubber
gasket.
11) Fit the cap by inserting it from the top, insert the rubber gaskets and screw down the cap nuts all the way.
