7.4 Putting into service after a dismantling Đưa vào hoạt động sau khi tháo rời
Whenever the pump is dismantled from the pipe-work, you will be well advised to replace the
caps on the connectors to avoid residual liquid being spilled. Before attaching the delivery
hose to the plant, prime the metering pump. Before finalizing the installation of the discharge
hose, make sure that the pump strokes will not cause it to move and bump into rigid bodies. In
case of priming difficulties, use a normal syringe to suck liquid from the discharge nipple
while the pump is operating, continue until you see the liquid rising in the syringe. Use a short
length of suction hose to connectthe syringe to the discharge nipple. In case of a pump equipped
with an air bleed valve, unscrew the air relief valve B until all the air in the pump head is out.
Try to keep both suction and discharge hoses as straight as possible, avoiding all unnecessary
bends.
Bất cứ khi nào tháo rời bơm khỏi hệ thống đường ống, nên thay thế nắp ở đầu dây nối để
tránh làm tràn chất lỏng còn dư. Trước khi đính kèm ống phân phối đến công trình, mồi bơm
định lượng. Trước khi hoàn thành lắp đặt ống phân phối, đảm bảo rằng chu kỳ của bơm sẽ
không khiến nó di chuyển và va chạm với những vật rắn. Trong trường hợp gặp khó khăn
khi mồi nước, sử dụng một ống bơm thông thường để hút chất lỏng từ ống nối xả khi bơm
đang hoạt động, duy trì đến tận khi nhìn thấy chất lỏng tăng lên trong ống bơm. Sử dụng một
đoạn ngắn ống hút để nối ống bơm đến ống nối xả. Nếu bơm được trang bị với một van xả
khí, nới van giản áp B đến tận khi không khí trong đầu bơm thoát hết ra ngoài.
Cố gắng duy trì cả ống hút và ống xả thẳng hết mức có thể, tránh những nếp gấp không cần
thiết.
