Decommissioning
To decommission the regulator for service
work or disassembly, proceed as follows:
1. Close the shut-off valve (6.1) on the up-
stream side of the regulator.
2. Close the shut-off valve (6.2) on the
downstream side of the regulator.
3. Completely drain the pipelines and regu-
lator.
4. Depressurize the plant.
5. Allow the pipeline and device to heat up.
6. Detach the pipe fittings.
7. Remove the regulator from the pipeline.
