MEMORY OPERATION

Memory channels

The transceiver has 101 memory channels. The mem-
ory mode is very useful for quickly changing to often-
used frequencies.

Memory channel selection

• Using the [Y Y ]/[Z Z ] keys
q Push [VFO/MEMO] to select memory mode.
w Push [Y]/[Z] several times to select the desired
memory channel.
- Push and hold [Y]/[Z] for continuous selection.
- [UP] and [DN] on the microphone can also be used.
e To return to VFO mode, push [VFO/MEMO] again.

the keypad.
- Enter 100 or 101 to select scan edge channel P1 or
P2, respectively.
e Push [Y] or [Z] to select the desired memory
channel.
