7. ATTACHING THE BRUSH CUTTER BLADE

Loosen the blade retainer nut clockwise and remove the blade retainer. You'll need to line
up the two holes in the side of the cutting head assembly and insert the hex key in them to
keep the blade still.
Put the brush and the blade seat onto the end of the shaft, then put the metal blade into
the seat.
Fitting a grass blade. Fit the domed cover, then the securing nut and tighten the nut anti-
clockwise.
If you use the unit as a grass trimmer follow the instructions below:
1. Loosen the blade retainer nut clockwise and remove the blade retainer.
2. Fit the line cutting head on to the end of the shaft and tighten the cutting head.
NOTE: Please store the blade retainer and nut in a safe place.
WARNING! Do not use the line cutting head without the plastic guard.
